Fesseln (1995)

"Fesseln" is a German drama built around a psychological push and pull between its two central characters. Katharina Bohm plays the lead, and the archive holds 2 clips from the film showing her topless and fully nude on screen. The scenes tie directly to the story's shifting power between the couple, not gratuitous inserts.
