Movie 4 videosDirected by Thomas Clay
Fanny Lye Deliver'd is a 1650s-set period drama about a strict Puritan household thrown into disorder by two mysterious strangers who arrive uninvited. Maxine Peake plays the title character, a farmer's wife whose repressed life starts to crack once the outsiders settle in. Tanya Reynolds plays one of those visitors, and her presence pushes the household further off balance. The site's archive holds 4 scenes pulled from the film, with both actresses appearing nude as the story moves past its quiet opening stretch. The nudity arrives gradually, tied to the household's unraveling rather than dropped in early.
