Evil digs into the unsettling space between faith and science. It follows a skeptical psychologist and a priest-in-training investigating supposedly paranormal cases for the Catholic Church. The horror-tinged drama leans hard on tension and dread rather than skin. But the archive here proves there's more to find than expected. Ten scenes give a fuller picture of the show's rare exposed corners. Katja Herbers, who anchors the series as that skeptical psychologist, turns up in several of them. She bares more than her character's usual clenched composure suggests. Thea Sofie Loch Naess adds to the collection with her own nude scene. It's a striking break from the show's tightly wound atmosphere. Together the two actresses give fans of the series plenty of reason to dig past the theology and dread.
