Egomania Island Without Hope

Egomania Island Without Hope is a 1987 drama from Schlingensief, an end-of-the-world melodrama about lust, jealousy and murder in which the characters are trapped on an island under solar eclipses and orchestral chanting. Tilda Swinton, Derek Jarman's regular lead at the time, is the one name in the cast that matters here, and the film sits far closer to Jarman's work than to Schlingensief's more offensive output. The archive holds 1 scenes from it, a Swinton nude scene, and that is the whole of what this title has on site.
