Detrompez-vous

Detrompez-vous is a 2007 French comedy about a husband and a wife who find out their respective partners are sleeping with each other, then team up in secret to sabotage the affair and get their spouses back. Alice Taglioni is the celebrity in it, and the archive holds 2 scenes from her part of the film, both of the nude and sexy variety rather than anything approaching a full sex scene. For a light farce built on marital swapping, the skin from Taglioni amounts to brief undress, not a prolonged bare scene.
