Death Rage

"Death Rage" is a crime thriller from the Italian action cycle of the 1970s, built around double-crosses and violent payback. Barbara Bouchet appears in the cast, and the archive holds 1 scene clip of her undressed on screen. It's a brief topless scene, not a sex scene.
