Cold Heaven (1992)

Cold Heaven is a 1991 psychological thriller built around guilt, obsession, and a marriage unraveling after a near-fatal accident. Theresa Russell plays the lead caught between reality and something stranger, and the film gives her several exposed scenes as the story turns on her. The archive holds 3 clips pulled from it, showing her nude and in a sex scene, the kind of footage that made this one of her more explicit titles from the period.
