Choke (2008)

Choke is a dark comedy drama based on Chuck Palahniuk's novel. It follows a sex addict con man running a scheme built on staged choking incidents at restaurants. His crumbling relationship with his mother anchors the film's messier, more chaotic instincts. Kelly Macdonald stars as the love interest who threads a bit of tenderness through it all.
