Charles Ii The Power & The Passion

"Charles II: The Power & The Passion" is a BBC period drama set during the restoration of the English monarchy, built around court intrigue and the romantic entanglements surrounding the crown. Helen McCrory plays a role within that web of palace scheming. The archive carries a single clip from the series, catching McCrory in a nude scene that stands out against the show's otherwise buttoned-up period costuming.
