Chained For Life (2019)

"Chained For Life" is an indie drama shot around the making of a hospital-set film, using that frame to pick apart ideas of beauty and disability in cinema. Jess Weixler plays an actress cast opposite performers with real physical differences, forced to reckon with her own vanity along the way. The archive holds 2 scenes from the film, including nude footage that catches her without the polish her character wears in front of the cameras.
