Caterpillar

"Caterpillar" is a Japanese wartime drama centered on a disfigured soldier and the wife left to care for him, with Shinobu Terajima playing the woman whose marriage becomes a study in duty and physical need. Terajima appears nude in several scenes built around that caretaking relationship, including a sex scene where the power imbalance between the couple plays out in explicit terms. The archive holds one photo gallery of stills pulled from these scenes, capturing her exposed and in close contact with her screen husband.
