Black Thunder (1998)

"Black Thunder" is a low-budget crime thriller built around car chases, double crosses, and back-room deals gone bad. Nancy Valen and Landon Hall appear in the cast, and the hub carries 2 scenes pulled from the film. Valen has a nude scene, and Hall's scene goes topless. Both clips are cut straight from the feature for anyone skipping past the shootouts.
