"Antibirth" is a grimy body-horror trip about a small-town stoner whose life unravels after a night she can't remember. Director Danny Perez leans into unease and grotesque transformation rather than polish. Chloe Sevigny gets room to disappear into a role that's messy, raw, and far from glamorous.
