A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries
Movie
A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries is a 1998 drama built loosely on the family life of novelist James Jones, renamed here as Bill Willis, a war hero turned writer drinking his way through failing health in France before uprooting his wife, adopted son and daughter to Hanover in America. Leelee Sobieski plays the daughter, raised on her father's ideas about sexual freedom and then branded for it by her American classmates once the family lands stateside. The archive holds 1 photo gallery of stills from the film and no video clips so far, so what is here is Sobieski in costume and on set rather than any sex scene footage.
